What ICraftPuzzles actually is

ICraftPuzzles is a small US retailer of wooden model kits. We are run by MAZIGH LLC, registered in Bowling Green, Ohio, and we ship within the continental United States.

We want to be plain about one thing, because plenty of shops in this category are not: we do not manufacture these kits. They are made by established workshops that have been laser-cutting wooden models for years, and the manufacturer and model reference are printed on every product page here. We are the people who decide which of their kits are worth carrying, and who describe them honestly.

That sounds like a small job. It is most of the job.

Why we bothered

Buy a wooden model kit online and you meet the same three sentences everywhere: a piece count, a star rating nobody explains, and a photo of a finished build under studio lighting. Nothing tells you whether it will take you ninety minutes or twelve hours, whether the hard part is the volume of work or the precision, or whether the mechanism actually works at the end.

So people order the 600-piece expert kit as a first gift, and it sits in the box. Or they order something described as difficult, finish it in an hour, and feel short-changed.

We built this shop to fix that one problem.

What we do differently

Build time, not just piece count

A 315-piece bouquet takes ninety minutes. A 449-piece music box takes twelve hours. Piece count on its own tells you almost nothing, so every page here carries the real build time as well.

Difficulty that means something

We separate how long a kit takes from how fiddly it is, because they are not the same thing. A long build can be entirely straightforward. A short one can demand real precision. You should know which you are buying.

Real measurements

Assembled dimensions on every page, so you know before you order whether it fits the shelf you had in mind, and whether it fits inside a display case.

We say when a kit is hard

On the page, not after you have opened the box. If a mechanism has to be tuned rather than merely assembled, that is written down where you can read it first.

A good kit isn't the one with the most pieces. It's the one where every piece makes sense when you pick it up.

What you can hold us to

A missing or damaged part gets replaced. Tell us within 30 days of delivery, send the kit name and a photo, and we handle the claim for you: see our replacement parts page.
A real person answers. We are small enough that every email is read and answered by one of us, Monday to Friday.
30 days to change your mind. Unopened kits can be returned for a full refund. The full terms are in our refund policy.
No invented claims. If we cannot prove something about a product, it is not written on the page.
