A tip worth knowing: shipping is free on every order to the United States, Canada and Australia, with no minimum, so they pay nothing extra at checkout.

The small print, in plain words

• No expiry date. The balance stays on the card until it's used.
• No fees. Nothing is deducted for holding it, ever.
• Partial use is fine. Spend some now, keep the rest.
• It can't be exchanged for cash, except where state law requires it.
• Gift cards themselves aren't refundable, but anything bought with one is covered by our normal 30-day return policy.
• It only works on icraftpuzzles.com, and only for delivery within the continental United States.
• Treat the code like cash. Anyone holding it can spend it, so don't post it publicly.

If something goes wrong

The email never arrived. Check the spam folder first; it's almost always there. If not, write to support@icraftpuzzles.com with your order number and we'll resend it.

Sent to the wrong address. Tell us before it's redeemed and we'll reissue it to the right person.

Lost the code. We can look it up from your order number, as long as it was bought from us.
