These Terms of Service govern your use of icraftpuzzles.com and any purchase you make from it. The site is operated by MAZIGH LLC, an Ohio limited liability company trading as ICraftPuzzles ("we", "us", "our").

By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By ordering you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Our products

We sell wooden model kits, mechanical puzzles and wooden home décor.

Because our products are made from natural wood, grain, colour and tone vary from piece to piece. Product photographs are representative, and small variations in shade and figuring are a characteristic of the material, not a defect.

We work to display colours and dimensions accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen renders colour faithfully. Stated dimensions may vary slightly within normal manufacturing tolerance.

3. Safety and age guidance

Warning: choking hazard. Our kits contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3 years. Age guidance is stated on every product page and ranges from 8 to 18 years depending on the kit. Some kits include sharp edges, springs, tensioned components or small tools.

Please read the age guidance and safety notes on each product page and in the enclosed instructions before assembly. Adult supervision is advised for younger builders. Use products only for their intended purpose.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and exclude sales tax unless stated.
Applicable sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout.
Payment is taken in full when you place your order.
We may change prices at any time, but changes never affect orders already placed.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of a typographical or system error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after payment. We contact you before doing so.

5. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a shipping confirmation email.

We may decline or cancel an order where a product is out of stock, where we suspect fraud, where the delivery address is outside the areas we serve, or where the order breaches these Terms. If we cancel after payment, you receive a full refund.

6. Shipping and delivery

We ship to the continental United States. We do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii or military addresses.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Delivery takes 3–5 business days from dispatch.
Tracking is provided on every order.

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather and peak-season volume can extend them.

You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

7. Returns and refunds

You may return any item within 30 days of delivery. Returns, refunds and replacement parts are covered by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Intellectual property

The ICraftPuzzles name, logo, site design, photographs, illustrations and written content are owned by MAZIGH LLC or its licensors and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or use them commercially without written permission. Product names and brands mentioned on the site remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Reviews and content you submit

If you submit a review, photograph or comment, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display and adapt it in connection with our business, including in marketing.

You confirm the content is your own, accurate, and does not infringe anyone's rights. We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading or off-topic. We do not offer payment or free products in exchange for reviews.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the site for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems
Upload viruses, malicious code or automated scraping tools
Interfere with the security or operation of the site
Submit false information or impersonate another person

11. Third-party links and services

Our site uses third-party services such as Shopify, payment providers and shipping carriers, and may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content, products or practices, and your dealings with them are governed by their own terms.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or right that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some states do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site or our products.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wood County, Ohio.

16. General

Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in force.
No waiver. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy, form the whole agreement between us.
Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms; we may transfer ours as part of a business sale or reorganisation.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The version in force when you place an order is the version that applies to that order. The date above always reflects the current version.
