Press the button and watch the shuttle rise to launch position.
A gear-driven micro motor tilts the orbiter from flat to upright, the robotic arms swing clear, six countdown lights flash and the engines glow orange and blue. A retro launch pad you build yourself, piece by piece.
Why you'll love it
- ✓ A real launch sequence. One slide switch powers the pad, one button starts the countdown, ignition and lift to vertical.
- ✓ Smooth motorized movement. A precision micro motor drives the gears slowly, so the orbiter rises steadily, not in jerks.
- ✓ Details that read as NASA era. Five-level launch tower, twin boosters, delta wings and a white panelled fuselage.
- ✓ A proper weekend challenge. Expert level build with clear illustrated steps, ideal for adults who like mechanisms.
Great gift for space fans, engineers, STEM lovers and anyone who grew up watching shuttle launches.
